1. Permitted Usage
What you are authorized to build
Incorporate components into commercial software platforms that charge users monthly, annual, or one-time fees.
Build customized websites, web apps, and digital platforms for clients and bill them freely for design & development.
Strip all Lightswind UI references, branding, or comments and replace them with your own brand identity.
Modify, extend, and adapt component TSX logic, Tailwind utility tokens, and CSS shaders to fit your design system.
Deploy in Next.js web applications, mobile webviews (React Native / Capacitor), Electron apps, and internal company tools.
Store components in private company repos or public end-user project repos (as long as it is an end application).
2. Prohibited Usage
Actions that violate this license
You may not re-package, sell, sub-license, or redistribute raw Lightswind UI source files as competing UI component packs, theme templates, or registries.
Components cannot be embedded into public website builders, automated no-code UI generators, or drag-and-drop website assembly platforms.
You may not bundle Lightswind UI components into open-source UI libraries, theme clones, or public registries that replicate the Lightswind ecosystem.
