By accessing, browsing, installing via CLI (npx lightswind), or downloading source code from Lightswind UI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, please immediately discontinue use of our website, registries, CLI tools, and ecosystem packages.

Lightswind UI reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect evolving developer tooling, licensing requirements, and platform capabilities.

Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of all revisions.

Your data security and privacy are of utmost importance. The handling of account emails, analytics telemetry, payment order IDs, and support messages is strictly governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data or codebase telemetry to third parties.

Lightswind UI grants developers a non-exclusive license to copy, customize, and compile UI components into production projects. However, you explicitly agree NOT to:

• Decompile or reverse-engineer the Lightswind CLI authentication servers or license key verification gateways.
• Re-distribute or sell raw Lightswind UI source files as a standalone competing UI library, theme pack, or component marketplace.
• Engage in automated scraping or denial-of-service attempts against Lightswind registry endpoints.
• Claim original authorship over unmodified base components or proprietary 3D shader architectures.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, Pro license keys, and secret authentication tokens. You agree to notify our support team immediately if you discover any unauthorized access to your account.

All source designs, WebGL shaders, visual assets, documentation, brand identity, and custom code distributed through Lightswind UI remain the intellectual property of Lightswind UI and its authors, protected under global copyright legislation.

Lightswind UI components and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Lightswind UI or its contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our software components.

Lightswind UI interacts with open-source dependencies (such as React, Framer Motion, Lucide Icons, and Three.js). We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, licensing, or security of external npm packages.

We reserve the right to revoke or suspend license access and CLI authentication tokens immediately without notice in instances of fraud, unauthorized key leakage, malicious scraping, or breach of these terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction in Chennai, India.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lightswind UI and its creator from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and legal costs arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these terms.
